Microsoft authentication code and specified name is missing

I require a six-digit verification code from the Microsoft Authenticator app to access my MCD account; however, the MCD entry is not currently appearing in my application to facilitate this.

Hi,
The account does not disappear randomly on its own - if you configured it, which you must have done previously.

• May I know whether there was an app uninstall or a reinstall?
• Did you recently factory reset your device?

You may want to restore the account if there was an existing backup:

Please note that if you uninstall and reinstall authenticator, your existing accounts might be lost, if they were not a part of backup.
