Building and customizing solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot APIs and tools
Hello Bipul Bhusal
Thank you for reaching out and I understand that the connection issue with your earbud must be very frustrating, before we proceed, may I ask?
- Which OS is your laptop? (Windows, MacOS,...)
- Have you tried pairing your earbuds to a different device yet, if yes did the connection
In the meantime, please try:
- Run the Bluetooth troubleshooters:
- Open Windows settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Bluetooth> Run
- Do the same steps again but select Audio instead
- Reinstall the Audio/Bluetooth driver:
- Connect your earbuds to your device then open Device Manager (Windows + X) > Sound, video and game controllers > right-click your audio device (if showing) > Uninstall device > Restart your laptop and test again
- To update the Bluetooth driver: Open Device Manager again > Bluetooth > right-click the Bluetooth driver > Uninstall device and restart your laptop then try pairing the earbuds again
- If the issue persists, please check your earbuds manufacturer website and download the latest driver from there
Once connect your earbuds to the laptop, if it disappears again after a few seconds, please check hidden devices by go to Windows settings (Windows + I) > System > Sound > then scroll down and click more sound settings > Playback > Right-click and choose Show disabled devices and Show disconnected devices > if your earbuds appears, click to enable and set to default.
The steps above apply to Windows device, if you are using a different OS, please do let me know so I can provide further support.
