Outlook at Copilot

Question

I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription on one personal Microsoft account. @rogers.com and @outlook.com are aliases of the same Microsoft account. In Outlook for Mac, Copilot works correctly when composing from the native outlook.com mailbox, but Copilot features do not appear for any of my other connected accounts, including Yahoo/Rogers and Gmail. Connected Experiences are enabled, Outlook is current, the licence has been refreshed, and the Yahoo account uses Microsoft sync technology. Microsoft's Sharing Copilot in Outlook documentation says the entitlement should apply across connected accounts. Please investigate or reprovision the Outlook Copilot cross-account entitlement/account mapping.
