Open any web browser and go to https://account.microsoft.com/account.
Sign in with the username and password of your Microsoft account. If you have more than one Microsoft account, use the username and password for the account you want to change.
Under the Profile menu you can edit your name and sign-in options. You can only change the options that are presented.
Under the Payment Options menu you can edit your payment options.
