Adding payment method

I cant add any of my cards to payment methods even from venmo wallet i dont know what to do

To help narrow down the issue:

What exact error message do you get when you try to add the card?

Are the cards issued in the same country/region shown on your Microsoft account?

Are you trying to add the payment method for a Microsoft 365 subscription, or for another Microsoft purchase?

The cards are all from right region also there is no error code just says look over info i put in for mistakes but there are none im just trying to add payment method to my microsoft account in general but also need it cause i havea figital code for game pass for xbox so i need to have a back up payment method attached to my microsoft account
