Could you please provide a link to the original clean Windows 10 Pro ISO image. So that I can install it on my laptop.

Hello,

The instructions will differ a little bit depending on whether you are trying to clean install Windows or repair Windows. However, you will need to go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10.

If you are installing Windows to the same device, press the F12 key on your keyboard. You should now see a DevTools window open. Press an icon that looks like a phone and a tablet on top of each other (on the right-hand side of the window). There should be a dropdown that says "Dimensions". Click on it, and then press "iPad Pro".

Refresh the page, and you should now see a message that tells you that the OS that you're using doesn't support Windows 10, so you can download an ISO. Scroll down to where you see "Windows 10 2023 Update | Version 22H2". There should be a dropdown that reads "Select edition". Click on it, select "Windows 10 (multi-edition ISO)", select your product language, and then download the ISO that corresponds to your computer architecture (the 64-bit ISO should work).

The file is about 5 GB, so it may take a little bit, depending on your internet connection speed. Once it's done downloading, double-click the ISO and then open setup.exe.

If you are clean installing Windows (onto another device), instead of downloading the ISO, scroll to where you see the Media Creation Tool and then download it. This tool will allow you to create a bootable Windows USB. Follow the instructions on the screen. Once that process finishes, on the computer that you are trying to reinstall Windows on, plug the USB in and then boot from the USB. You will now be able to clean install Windows.
