Is there anyone who has had an issue with iPhone syncing for One note. I’m stuck in read only and can not access or update my notes in one note on my phone. It is only working on my Mac and iPad. Any luck with this . Also having no pick in getting help from Microsoft.

    Hi, @Brandi S

Since OneNote is working on your Mac and iPad, this may be isolated to the OneNote app on your iPhone.

Do you see a “Saved offline (error)” message, and is the notebook showing as read-only?

If you haven't tried it yet, first, tap the error message and look for “Refresh Now.” Microsoft recommends using that option to resume syncing.

If “Refresh Now” is not available, update OneNote from the App Store, then check again.

Microsoft’s iOS sync troubleshooting steps are here:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/onenote/onenote-help-and-learning/fix-issues-when-you-can-t-sync-onenote#tabpanel_1_ios

If the issue still persists, to help narrow down the issue:

    1. Does this happen with all notebooks or only one?
    2. What exact error message or error code do you see?
    3. Can you edit the same notebook in OneNote on the web?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

I have done all of these steps including contact Microsoft via chat and phone and I’m am told they can’t help me with one note which puts me right back in the loop at step 1. It’s still not working.
