I cannot access a 6 digit code on Authenticator app when asked

Question

I am trying to log in to ClientLinq which I access through my work account . My work email is ******@travelonly.com . My login and my password are working but then I am asked to enter the 6 digit code on the Authenticator app which only gives me a 2 digit code and says enter on the app which I can’t even do that because I am on the page of the app at the time that requires a code verification code and if I go back then starts over again . I urgently need to access my business account and I am having an urgent problem with your authentication process on your Authenticator app
