lost all my office product access. on my Mac. subscription is up to date etc. cannot update either. how can you get a live body to talk with?

At the top left of your Mac desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

it states subscription needed. my subscription is good till 1 / 27. MacOS Tahoe 26.6.2 on last up date

Thank you for that information, there is no problem indicated with your MacOS version, this is caused by a widely reported problem in the July update, the working solution is to completely uninstall the Office apps using the steps on the link below, then download and reinstall Office from your Microsoft account online(https://account.microsoft.com/services/).

I have tried all that still can not get in need live support not this AI crap. need phone number
