Go to Settings, System, Troubleshoot, Other troubleshooters, find Camera and click on Run next to it.
If it doesn't help, start device manager and under Cameras, find your camera. Is it there? If it is, is there exclamation mark next to it?

My camera is not working. How do I fix this? I have followed the directions but still nothing happens.
