SC exam credentials

I have passed the sc-100 exam but I cannot see the credentials in my profile -- I have also recently passed the sc-500 so the requirements should be valid -- appreciate any feedback on how to request the certificate?

    Certification prerequisites

    To become a Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, you must earn at least one of the following: Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, Microsoft Certified: Cloud and AI Security Engineer Associate certification.

    Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

    Option 1: Prerequisite certification

    Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate

    Option 2: Prerequisite certification
