problem with camera

i am having issues with my camera. It is not working. Please explain how I unblock my camera

    Hi Susan Safran,

    I’m following up with a couple of additional things you can check.

    On Windows 11, please go to Settings > Privacy & security > Camera and make sure Camera access and "Let apps access your camera" are turned on. Also check that the app you’re trying to use has permission to access the camera.

    You can also go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Cameras. If the camera appears under Disabled cameras, select it and choose Enable.

    If it’s still not working, could you let me know what happens when you open the Camera app, including any error message or code you see and whether the camera fails in all apps or just one particular app? That should help narrow down what’s blocking it.

    Hi Susan,

    What type of PC, desktop or laptop?

    If a Laptop make sure the privacy

    slider hasn't been closed.
