problem with showkeyplus ( mircosoft Store )

Hello everyone,

I am currently a business man for sale the hardware in Vietnam. on several month near, software is going in high demmand by the policies. I understand some policy being publish by Mircosoft 's Viet Nam and have some knowledges.

But Today , i met a problem , which need to be explain: ( please some Mircosoft' staff help me )

The digital key Window 11 pro can active Window 10 pro ?? is it we have some policy about it, that was be from mircosoft's staff?

because of, The 3rd apps ShowkeyPlus with being downloaded in mircosoft store still show me thats is Window 10 Pro. My customer asking for is it wrong, i take them with the fake digital key ?!? kind of tough here , not so hard, i try to explain they working like the same but seem like my customer wont believe, the hard thing that i have a contract and need to complete it

Please help me, already take them like 2 month but they keep me tired by time and time :(

Windows 10 and 11 share the same set of product keys, and the licence can be used to activate either Windows 10 or 11, Microsoft never produced a separate set of keys for Windows 11.

The ShowKeyPlus app is not produced by Microsoft, it is a 3rd party app and that app will indicate the product key is a Windows 10 licence key even if it was sold as a Windows 11 key.
