    Hi, @Gillian Gledhill

If you want all your Word files in one place, go to https://onedrive.live.com, create a folder such as "Word Documents," then move your existing Word files into that folder.

Word for the web saves your documents to OneDrive.

If some documents are only saved on your computer, you can upload them to the same OneDrive folder.

    To help narrow this down:

    1. Are your Word documents currently saved in different OneDrive folders, or are some saved only on your computer?
    2. When you open Word Online, do you see the documents under "Recent"?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Thanks!

In Word for the web, documents are saved automatically while working, so there is no Save or Save As command under File.

To keep documents in one place, store them in a single folder in OneDrive:

    1. Open the document in Word for the web.
    2. Go to File > Create a copy.
    3. Choose OneDrive.
    4. Browse to the folder where all documents should be kept.
    5. Rename the file if needed, then create the copy.

If documents are already online, Word for the web saves changes automatically and shows Saved or Saving on the status bar.
