Windows Licensing Key

Question

Struggling big time right now. My PC has been booting while idle and then booting into bios. Once there, it can’t detect the SSD that I had my Windows saved on(I purchased Windows 10 in 2021 from the retailer Micro center and have since upgraded to Windows 11). After a ton of troubleshooting, I decided to install Windows 11 on to my 2nd SSD on the same motherboard. I discovered that this copy of windows does would not activate and I attempted plenty of troubleshooting steps to retrieve it including having someone from Microsoft remote connection to my PC and they failed to get it. I was advised to speak to micro center. I went back to the original store with a copy of my receipt. Long story short they said they wouldn’t have my licensing key and they also said I cannot have 2 Windows from 1 licensing key installed and was recommended to either delete the new one or delete the old SSD and activate windows on the new SSD. I took their advice but instead I just erased both SSD’s and installed windows on my 2nd SSD. Windows won’t active and it won’t detect it from my motherboard. Microsoft hasn’t been able to help and neither has microcenter. From my understanding, I purchased a retail version but the USB should just have the installing within the drive and the licensing key should have attached to my motherboard. I’m completely stuck and no one has an answer for me besides “you will probably need to purchase a new copy of windows”. I really don’t want to spend another $140 for something that should be stored somewhere within my computer or within Microsoft’s data base as long as I has proof of purchase. Please show Activation page of Settings.

Use ShowKeyPlus tool from Microsoft Store, check edition of your key and tell the result.
