Azure-Devops: where to find all data attributes of a Work Item?

I want to understand the data structure behind an Azure Devops Work Item: I want to know the DATA. A simple ERD would be great. where do I see that please? The queries in ADO are so restrictive they only show very few attributes
What data can I get in the history table? is their a Comment.ChanedDate versus a WorkItem.ChangedDate ? etc...
