My Sent e mail name is wrong

When I send an e mail, the recipient receives it in my son’s name, not mine. The e mail address is correct.

Hi,

This means 2 things:

1. Your name is incorrectly set to your child at https://account.microsoft.com/profile page.
2. The reciever has saved your contact with the name of your child.

Which one is true, can you verify please?
