Wrong Email ID provided while registering for Exam

While scheduling the exam for AB 730 , I have given wrong email address which all the communication has gone. I need to change that to reschedule my exam. Connected with Personvue they have created a Case no #<mod: PII removed>

Add the other email account to your Learn profile

To change the email tied to a Microsoft certification exam registration, use Microsoft Credentials support. Exam registration and profile issues are handled through the credentials support channel, not through Microsoft Q&A.

If the exam is still visible in the Learn profile, the reschedule path is:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open Profile from the avatar menu.
3. Go to Credentials > Certifications.
4. Find the exam appointment and select Cancel or Reschedule.
5. Complete the change on the exam delivery provider site.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled exam time, or the exam fee may be forfeited.
• If access to the email account associated with the Learn profile is lost, privacy policies can prevent access to the exam appointment. In that case, Microsoft Credentials support is the correct path.
• Since Pearson VUE has already created a case, continue with that case and also use Microsoft Credentials support for the profile/email correction.
