Issue ragarding sign up and verification code

Ive been trying to sign in and i tried every other way to do so, but it keeps on telling me that theres something wrong with my number or email and it rarely send me any verriication code. Please do help me out

1. Double-check that your phone number and email are entered correctly (no spaces or typos).
2. Make sure you have a good internet connection and that your phone can receive SMS.
3. Wait a few minutes and request a new verification code.
4. If it still fails, go to account.microsoft.com/security and try the “I don’t have these” or account recovery options.
5. As a last resort, contact Microsoft Support directly through the Microsoft account help page.
