How to refund unused 365 subscription

Question

Like many i signed up to office 365 trial subscription.

However i didnt even use the trial let alone the £80 one year subscription that i have been billed for. I cant even cancel the subscription or get a refund.

I must say that ive similar experiences with companies like amazon who refunded the amount INSTANTLY without having to navigate a maze of different links and sites to get there.
