I had installed Malwarebytes sometime back; switched back to Defender when the trial expired.
Malwarebytes is still showing as installed and running. You also have active malware running that the following fixlist will address.

It still displays the same error code 8024402f
I sought to install Malwarebytes since I had allowed a threat detected by Defender. I thought I could always go to 'Allowed threats' and remove it later, but surprisingly it wasn't listed there. Every time I would ask Defender to scan the notorious directory, it would notify that it had excluded an item. I would visit 'Exclusions' and there would be nothing there either!
I had reported all this to @MicrosoftHelps on Twitter, but I don't think they're operational anymore!
Presently, a command terminal window pops-up when I log in to Windows, and vanishes shortly after; it doesn't carry any text. That prompted me to check on Defender and subsequently, intelligence updates.
Let me know how the suggested repair installation goes. If there are still problems, please provide fresh FRST logs.

I ran SFC prior to reaching out, and I think it repaired something.
Both DISM and SFC gave clear results sometime back.
Why not? All your files and apps are unaffected.
The simpler way to do the repair is to open the Settings app and go to
System > Recovery > Fix problems using Windows Update
Reinstall your current version of Windows (your apps, files, and settings will be preserved)

Hi, thank you for replying, the threat might already be removed or quarantined, moreover, if you still have an issue that the device is managed by an organization, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, wherein it will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.
Go to the Windows 11 website: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11
Under Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO), select Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO)
1. Once done downloading the ISO, kindly right-click on the ISO, then click Mount>click Setup.exe
2. You may be prompted by User Account Control. Click on Yes if so
3. In the Install Windows 11 dialog, click Next
4. Setup will check your PC and show a license agreement. Click on Accept in the license terms dialog.
5. Wait for the setup program to check for the available free space.
6. On the Ready to install page, make sure Keep personal files and apps has been checked.
7. Then click Install and just follow the prompt.
8. Windows 11 will restart your device several times and lead you to the lock screen. Depending on the options you set, it will keep all your files, apps, and user accounts.

This happens when there is a corrupted file in the Windows Defender folder or a reconfiguration is needed. First, you need to check if you have a work or school account:
Open Settings> Click Accounts> Click Access work or school, then disconnect the account there. If there is no account, or already disconnected and you have the same issue, follow the steps below:
Note: Before doing the steps, I suggest completely uninstalling the third-party antivirus first.
Reinstall Windows Defender:
Open the registry, then go to
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender
Then delete the Windows Defender folder, restart the PC, and recheck it.
