Asking for my personal account. I tried to add money to my childs minecraft account now I am locked out of account recovery and cannot access support.

It is my Live/Xbox account. I can't access support for the account because I cant log in to it.
I used the link from his purchase request and tried to add funds, "Something went wrong". I went online and another card (the first is valid but ... whatever). Went to the family safety website and tried to add money to his account "Something went wrong". Signed out of the account and tried to sign back in, "Account blocked". Clicked the unblock link, did the 2fa, and it went to a message that recovery is blocked for the account.
I am also unable to open any of my Microsoft games, which there seems to be no tags for... Is xbox support somewhere else?
Usually, the Sign-In Helper linked in my previous reply can identify if the account has been blocked and provide instructions to unblock it. If it didn't work, try again. Click the Sign-In Helper button, then select With an email address, enter your email, and follow the instructions.
If it still doesn't work, use that same link to sign in with a different Microsoft account—or create a new one—so you can contact Support by clicking Sign in to contact support.
Account recovery is blocked.
I went through every revelant article before posting here. The closest thing to an answer I have found is the AI assistant told me to wait a few days and try again; if it hasn't fixed itself then create a new account and repurchase all of the games...
If the problem persists after a few days, create a new account and contact Support via chat.
