"I would like to inform you that I purchased an Azure subscription a few months ago for practice purposes. After that, Microsoft started charging me. I then disabled and deleted the subscription, but billing has started again.

To stop future Azure charges, ensure the subscription is fully canceled and verify that no active resources remain in any subscription. Charges already incurred cannot be automatically waived and require review by the Billing Support team.
