I've seen a couple questions regarding 62368-1 certification for this Azure Kinect, and I've seen the Declaration of Conformity for it. However, we are in the process of testing a device where we will be using this product in a limited run. Is there a process for us to get copies of the test reports, either directly or to be released to the test lab?

Hello @Sean O'Day Unfortunately, the lab test reports are not available for public distribution. The EU Declaration of Conformity itself should help you with the genuine certificate. Clarification on the EU Conformity-Standards validity: EN 62368-1:2014 has not been withdrawn in the EU. EN 62368-1:2018 is not a harmonized standard in the EU. 62368-1:2014 2nd Edition, as noted in the DoC, is valid. Under 2014/35/EU EN 62368-1:2014 and EN 62368-1:2014/AC:2015 are harmonized. is there a chance to get an updated Declaration of Conformity, since the EN 62368-1:2014 has been withdrawn and replaced by EN 62368-1:2018?

We need to test our equipment, which includes your device, and since the test report are not disclosable we could much use an updated DoC.

Hi @QuantumCache This didn't answer the question of whether reports could be made available to our test lab or under NDA. The regulatory information states it can be used in NRTL listed products for 62368-1 applications. Perhaps, it would be better to reach out via the email listed here?
