Disabling startup services from the command line

Hello.

I am in a situation where I need a command line argument that can disable Windows startup processes and services. I am open to using Autorunsc, as long as it can be done with commands with no further user input on the client.

The services and processes to be disabled are predetermined, they are located under "Task Scheduler" and "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services"
