How about Jennifer, try logging in again and using the option to sync your account or upload a backup to the cloud. Also try registering your device in your organization

    1. Download "Hidden Settings for Android" from the Play Store
    2. Search for "lock" and select "Settings(ScreenLockSuggestion"
    3. Choose "Pin" and create a Pin, then choose to show all notifications when locked
    4. Open the Authenticator app and try again using the Pin you just made

You can also use the Microsoft Autofill Chrome extension if you don't need the Authenticator feature and just your Autofill content
