I am the creator of our school calendar. At times things get scheduled and then at some point might get pushed to another day or cancelled all together. I have deleted/moved calendar entries in the past and they still show on some people who get the shared calendar. This is what my calendar shows correctly on September 25, 2026.

    Hi Al Silvas,

Thank you for reaching out and for the screenshots.

Based on your description, it appears that the shared calendar is correct on your side, but some users are still seeing outdated copies of events that were moved or deleted. This is most likely a shared-calendar synchronization issue in the affected users’ Outlook applications.

To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Check Outlook on the Web

    Ask one affected user to:

    • Sign in at https://outlook.office.com.
    • Open Calendar.
    • Deselect every calendar except Master Facilities Calendar.
    • Check September 25 again.
    1. Refresh the shared calendar

If the old events do not appear online, the server calendar is correct and the affected user’s Outlook app needs to be refreshed:

    • In Outlook, right-click Master Facilities Calendar.
    • Select Remove. This only removes the shared calendar from the user’s view and does not delete the school calendar.
    • Close and reopen Outlook.
    • Add the shared calendar again using Add Calendar > Add from directory.
    • Search for and select Master Facilities Calendar.
    1. Repair Office
    • Close all Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
    • Open Windows Settings (press Windows + I).
    • Go to Apps > Installed apps.

    • Find Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office in the list.
    • Select the three dots (…) next to it and choose Modify.

    • If prompted by User Account Control, select Yes.
    • Choose Online Repair > then select Repair.

    • Follow the on‑screen instructions until it completes.

I hope everything gets sorted out soon. Please keep me posted on any updates.
