How do I get a refund when charge for 4 products all doing the same thing?

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

Go to the Services & subscriptions select the subscription you don't want, choose Manage --› Cancel, and Microsoft will check whether the purchase is eligible for a refund during the cancellation process. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/microsoft-subscription-refund-policy

If you don't see a refund option, you can contact Microsoft Support and ask them to review the duplicate purchases.

If any of the subscriptions were purchased through Apple, Google Play, Amazon, or another third-party provider, the refund needs to be requested from that provider instead. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/accounts-billing/subscriptions/manage-your-microsoft-365-subscription-purchased-through-a-third-party
