Microsoft 365 Basic Subscription not active

Question

was receiving reminders to upgrade my subscription as i’d run out of space. ended up going past the expiry by one day before subscribing. paid for a basic subscription through iphone app store and it still hasn’t activated after 4 days

not able to send or receive emails. outlook app on iphone, on browser on iphone and laptop, microsoft account all give me an error message when i try to repurchase a subscription but app store says i have an active subscription

Hello,

1. If you have the Microsoft OneDrive app installed on your iPhone, open the app or install it from the App Store.
2. Once installed, sign in with the same Microsoft account that is associated with the Office 365 Basic Subscription.
3. Once signed in, select your Profile picture in the top-left corner, and then go to the 'Get More Storage' option at the bottom of the screen.
4. On the Upgrade your OneDrive Storage page, scroll down until you find the 'Restore Previous Purchase' Option.

• This will take you to the 'Activate Subscription' page.
• You will be asked to enter the Password for the Apple account.
• Once done, check whether the 100GB Storage has been applied to your account.

Once activated, the subscription should be active under your Microsoft account here-
