    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. I understand that you would like to turn off the auto renewal of your subscription and request for a refund. First thing to do is to check in https://account.microsoft.com/services you can check there if a refund will be offered for your case. You may also reach MS Accounts & Billing Support in case you still have question about it:

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Tin

To request a refund and turn off auto-renew, cancel the subscription from the Microsoft account that was used to buy it:

    1. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel. It may also appear as Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the cancellation prompts.

During cancellation, refund eligibility is checked automatically. If the subscription qualifies, the refund option appears in that flow.

    Important details:

    • Not all cancellations result in a refund.
    • In most cases, a refund may be available within 30 days of the initial purchase or before the first recurring billing date, whichever is sooner.
    • A refund of the most recent recurring billing charge may also be available if cancellation happens within 30 days after payment. This is limited to one time per Microsoft account, per subscription product.
    • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage or Cancel, auto-renew is already off and no further action is needed. The subscription will continue until the shown expiry date.
    • If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another third-party retailer, cancellation and refund must be handled with that seller.

If needed, refund options may also appear in order history at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.
