Microsoft for Startups “Your Microsoft Team” section missing in Azure Portal

I joined Microsoft for Startups after May 29, 2026 and successfully completed the onboarding process.

My Microsoft for Startups Azure subscription is active and the Azure credits are visible in the Azure Portal.

However, on the Microsoft for Startups Overview page, the “Your Microsoft Team” section is not displayed.

Microsoft documentation states that startups onboarded after May 29, 2026 should navigate to:

Startup Overview → Overview → Your Microsoft Team

In my portal, the Startup Overview page is available, but this section is missing entirely.

Is there an additional account role, permission, onboarding step, or configuration required for the “Your Microsoft Team” section to appear?

If not, how can this missing section be restored?

Thank you. This is exactly the issue I am trying to resolve.

The problem is that the documented Microsoft for Startups Program Support route itself is unavailable to me.

    The documentation directs me to:

Startup Overview → Your Microsoft Team → Get program support

However, Your Microsoft Team is the section that is missing from my portal, so I cannot use the documented Program Support route to report that it is missing.

I have also tried Azure Help + Support → Subscription Management. That route either provides only self-service articles or routes the issue to Azure Billing/Subscription Support, which cannot resolve the Microsoft for Startups portal provisioning issue.

Could you please provide the alternative Microsoft for Startups Program Support contact route for accounts where the “Your Microsoft Team” section has not been provisioned?

If there is no alternative public entry point, could a Microsoft moderator please route this provisioning issue to the appropriate Microsoft for Startups team?

    Hi Alex,

No additional Azure RBAC role is documented for the Your Microsoft Team section.

Microsoft's current documentation says startups that joined after May 29, 2026 should see Your Microsoft Team on the Microsoft for Startups Overview page, including access to Get program support.

If your startup is fully onboarded but that section is missing, this is not a documented permission setting. It indicates a portal/provisioning issue.

Use the Microsoft for Startups support route documented for program issues and report that the Your Microsoft Team tile is missing. Include a screenshot of the Overview page. Microsoft specifically lists portal access and program issues within Program Support's scope.
