We have skype for business in our environment. Is there any thing I need to do for skype once I renew the Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate? Thank you.

    Hi @mara2021

In my opinion, the Microsoft Exchange Server Auth Certificate is used for server-to-server authentication on the Exchange side.
Thus you don't need to perform actions on the SFB server.

Here is also a Microsoft document on how to renew the certificate for your reference:
Can't sign in to Outlook on the web or EAC if Exchange Server OAuth certificate is expired
