Printer is offline

How do I get my printer online? When I try to print I am getting a message that my printer is offline.

    Hii,

    In this case, you can remove the printer by Go to Start menu > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Select printer > remove Printer.

    Go to Start menu > Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners > Add devices > Wait on printer/scanner on show > click on connect.

    In case it doesn't work what is the printer model?
