Problem Accessing My Microsoft Account

Hello,

When I was 6 years old, in 2013, I received a tablet and created a Microsoft account. Over time, I lost access to it, probably sometime after 2017, because I changed my passwords several times and later forgot them. As a result, I can no longer sign in to the account or reset the password.

I occasionally used Skype with this account, but I never made any purchases or payments.

I remember the phone number associated with the account, but I no longer have access to that number.

There is also a recovery email address listed on the account. It appears to be my father's email address, but there is a one-character difference, so I cannot use it to recover the account either.

I have already completed the Microsoft account recovery form, but unfortunately I was unable to regain access (I do not remember some contacts because I was 10 years old or less.

I remember my username and email address. The Microsoft account is also associated with a Gmail account that I still have access to, and I can confirm ownership of that Gmail account. However, for some reason, Microsoft does not offer the option to send a verification code to this email address.

What can I do in this situation to recover access to my account?

Microsoft account activity policy: Under the MSA, you must use your Microsoft account to keep it “active.” Microsoft reserves the right to close all “inactive” Microsoft accounts. 

Except as provided below, you must sign in to your Microsoft account at least once in a two-year period to keep your account active. If you don’t sign in during this time, Microsoft will consider your account to be inactive.

Any account that has been locked for more than two years will also be considered "inactive" and will be closed.
