MS15-124 still shown as active in the vulnerability report

Question

In Windows Server 2012 R2, July 2020 IE security update got installed , but still MS15-124 shown as active in the vulnerability report

Also found Microsoft Internet Explorer Security Update for September 2017 as active too
Also I got the reply from another person in social.technet as "If you install the latest security cumulative updates for IE, then no need to install MS-124"

Any advice please
