I couldn't log in the # that they gave in the apps i set to automatic date and time from my phone but still invalid,any recommendations.thanks

If the code is still invalid after setting automatic date and time, use these checks:

1. Make sure the phone and the device used for sign-in show the same current time.
   • An invalid one-time code is commonly caused by the computer and mobile device clocks being out of sync.
2. Try the sign-in again with a new code.
   • Do not reuse the previous code.
3. If the authentication screen timed out or there was lag, restart the sign-in process completely and enter a fresh one-time code.
4. If the code entry expires, start over and enter the new code within five minutes.
5. If other verification methods are available, select Other verification options and try a different method.
6. Verify that the phone number configured for security verification is correct if SMS or call verification is being used.
7. If using phone call verification, respond by pressing # when prompted.
