Storage is full

I have a subscription for Office 365 which will renew in Feb 2027. I cannot not send emails because the message says my mailbox is full. Why do I have to pay another annual fee in order to send/receive emails?

    Where are you seeing this message? In Outlook Web or the Outlook app? If it is the app, is it the Classic version or the New version?

    If you aren't sure which version it is, you can send me a photo, but please remove any personal information from the image.
