This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.

You can reference this detail step by step instruction with screenshots I posted in this thread: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/c/2714817

To reach billing support for a duplicate Microsoft 365 charge:

    1. Go to Contact Microsoft Support.
    2. Enter the billing problem and select Get Help.
    3. If more help is needed, select Contact Support to be routed to the best support option.

Before contacting support, check these items because duplicate-looking charges can happen when:

    • A previously declined payment was charged again.
    • Recurring billing is enabled on a subscription.
    • Another Microsoft account, such as a family member’s account, is using the same card.

    To verify the charge:

    1. Review order history and look for multiple purchases for the same amount close together.
    2. If only one charge appears in order history, go to Payment options and select Investigate to search for other accounts using the card.
    3. If the charge is unrecognized, go to the Manage your payments page and select Investigate.

If payment information may have been compromised, contact the bank or payment provider to prevent more charges.
