Estou enfrentando esse problema de loop infinito há mais de 2 anos e, sinceramente, já não sei mais o que fazer.

O suporte continua solicitando os mesmos métodos e procedimentos que já me foram passados anteriormente, mas que não funcionaram. Mesmo assim, a orientação continua sendo para que eu aguarde 24, 48 ou até 72 horas, sem que o problema seja realmente resolvido.

Minha conta simplesmente não consegue entrar e fica presa em um loop infinito. Já estou cansado de repetir os mesmos procedimentos e receber as mesmas respostas, sem nenhuma solução efetiva.

Preciso que esse caso seja analisado de forma mais aprofundada e que me apresentem uma solução concreta, em vez de continuar solicitando procedimentos que já foram realizados e não funcionaram.
