Certificate & trasncript

Hai,
I have completer my AZ-900 on 16 OCT 2021, I have passed, I received the badge but I have not received my certificate and transcript, In the certification dashboard too I could not able to download or view the same, it opens a blank page when I click certificates link on dashboard, below are my details,
