When you replace the processor or motherboard, that causes the activation servers to think you have changed your PC, then because your Windows licence is based on a free upgrade from Windows 8.1, that is causing the activation errors, because a while ago Microsoft changed the licensing rules, and after that, it is no longer possible to activate Windows 10 or 11 on new hardware with a free upgrade licence from a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence.
If the Troubleshoot method is not working and your product key is not accepted, you will need to try to contact Microsoft Support directly, explain to them you have not changed your motherboard or PC, they may be able to reactivate Windows for you.
