how to identify which machine is Pay-As-You-Go Subscription

Dear Team,
We have many systems , how do i know which system is under subscription of Pay-As-You-Go and which system is under 3 years Subscription.
if system is under 3 years subscription and switched off for a month , still we need to pay monthly subscription for this switched off system?
