Hi @Fran Phillips
Not directly, I'm afraid. Meeting recording and transcription are only included with the business Microsoft 365 plans. Teams for personal use gives you live captions during the meeting (More > Language and speech > Turn on live captions), but nothing is saved afterwards.
The closest Microsoft route to a written transcript is Word's Transcribe feature, which turns an audio file into text with speaker labels:
- Record the meeting audio on your phone or PC (and let everyone know you're recording).
- Open Word at https://www.office.com in Edge or Chrome, go to Home > Dictate > Transcribe, and upload the recording.
- Word produces the transcript in a side panel, and you can add it to the document and edit it.
Transcribe needs a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family subscription and covers up to 300 minutes of uploads a month.
Do you happen to have Microsoft 365 Personal or Family? If not, let me know and I'll point you to a workable free alternative.
If this helped, please click Accept Answer so others with personal Teams can find it.
