Completed AB100 assessment test and secured 900 , in transcript its showing passed however certificate not yet generated.

Exams are not certifications. The AB-100 exam is only part of the requirements for the Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification. AB-100 is an exam, not a certification by itself. A certificate is generated only after all certification requirements are completed.

For AB-100, passing the exam alone does not produce the certification certificate. The Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert certification also requires holding one of the prerequisite certifications.

Also note:

• For most exams, results appear within minutes and in the Learn profile within 24 hours.
• If a certification requires two or more exams, the certificate is not issued until the final requirement is passed.

To verify records:

1. Sign in to the Learn profile.
2. Open the photo avatar menu and select Profile.
3. Select Transcript to confirm the passed result.
4. Open the Certification Dashboard and check View Certificates.

If the prerequisite certification has already been earned and the certificate still does not appear after 24 hours, use Certification support.
