    Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Community.

    Good afternoon. Microsoft features rely on your device's audio drivers; please follow these steps to try and resolve the issue:

    1. Right-click the speaker icon.

    2. Sound settings > Input > Check if your microphone is detected; if not, click "Add device."

    3. Once installed (or if already active), close the windows.

    4. Press Win+I > Privacy & Security > Microphone.

    5. Enable all microphone permissions.

    Restart your computer and let us know the result.
