    Hi,

As this is a public forum for fellow users like you, we do not have access to individual Microsoft accounts or billing systems.

Log in to the account with the subscription here: https://account.microsoft.com/services

Select the subscription > Manage > Cancel, then follow the prompts.

If it doesn’t work or you need further assistance, for your security and privacy, I recommend contacting Microsoft Billing Support directly, as this request involves personal or sensitive information that should not be shared in a public forum.

    Click this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Sign in to your Microsoft account.

Select Microsoft 365 > Click 'Get home support'.

Type "Chat with an agent" from the text field and press Enter.

Click "Contact support" at the bottom.

Select the product you need help with.

Follow the prompts to connect with a live agent or request a call back.

To cancel a Microsoft subscription for home use:

    1. Go to Subscriptions and sign in with the same Microsoft account that was used to buy the subscription.
    2. Find the subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel or Upgrade or Cancel.
    4. Follow the on-screen steps to complete cancellation.

If Turn on recurring billing appears instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire on the shown date and no further action is needed. Access continues until that date.

If cancellation is not available, check these common causes:

    1. Purchased from a third party: If bought through Amazon, Best Buy, Harvey Norman, Google Play, or the Apple App Store, cancellation must be handled through that seller or store support.
    2. Wrong account: Sign in with the same Microsoft personal account that made the purchase.
    3. Billing issue: If the payment card expired or there is an overdue balance, the subscription cannot be canceled until the amount owed is paid.

If the subscription is Microsoft 365 Family or Personal, canceling reduces storage back to 5 GB of cloud storage and 15 GB of Outlook.com storage. If it is a Family subscription, people sharing it also have their storage reduced.

If self-service cancellation still fails, use Microsoft support:

    • Go to Contact Microsoft Support
    • Enter the problem and select Get Help
    • If needed, select Contact Support for the best support option
