Unable to contact support due to not having active campaigns, therefore, this is the only way to have direct communication.

As part of our vendor data governance process, we are requesting written confirmation that any user data, customer data, audience data, or other data provided to or collected by Bing Ads on our behalf has been deleted from Microsoft's systems in accordance with the applicable terms of our agreement and your data retention policies.

Could you please confirm how we can request to have all account user and customer data deleted from Microsoft's systems. If available, we would appreciate receiving written certification or documentation confirming completion of the data deletion process for our records. Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi @Nubia Blanco

I understand that you cannot access Microsoft Advertising support because there are no active campaigns.

As this is a public user-to-user forum, we cannot access the advertising account, process a formal deletion request, or provide written confirmation that data has been removed. The appropriate alternative is to submit the request through the Microsoft Privacy Support and Requests page, which provides options for exercising data-protection rights.

In your submission, specify that the request concerns data previously held through Bing Ads/Microsoft Advertising, that the account has no active campaigns, and that you require written confirmation or documentation for vendor-governance purposes. Include the account ID and organization details only within the private request form, not in this public thread.

Unfortunately, forum moderators cannot submit or escalate the request internally. Any confirmation regarding deletion and applicable retention requirements must come from Microsoft’s authorized privacy team.

Thank you for your understanding and I hope you have a nice day
