The "Specific Dates" feature on Shifts has not worked for the last 3 days. The data and history are cleared, and the app is up to date. When selecting "+ Add Availability" under Specific Dates, is shows a blank page. If selecting "Save" it shows 1 time slot. When selecting the 1 time slot, it shows a blank page. Seeking assistance to fix use. I have a team of 20 staff, and we use Shifts to set the monthly schedule.

    Hello Martha,

Thank you for explaining the issue. I understand that your team relies on Shifts to prepare the monthly schedule, so the blank screen under Specific dates is disrupting an important part of your workflow.

To help me identify whether the issue is specific to one device or affecting the entire team, could you please confirm the following?

    • Is the affected phone running Android or iOS? Please also provide the phone model and operating system version.
    • Are all 20 staff members experiencing the same issue, or only one user?
    • Have you already uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Teams?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the blank screen after hiding any personal, scheduling, or organizational information?

In the meantime, please sign out of Teams completely, uninstall the application, restart the phone, and reinstall Teams from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After signing in again, please test Shifts > Set availability > Specific dates.

Please also try the same account on another mobile device, if available, and ask another team member to check whether the same blank screen appears.

If the issue occurs only on one phone, the problem is concentrated around that device, operating system, or Teams installation. If several staff members experience the same behavior at the same time, please ask your Microsoft 365 administrator to report the issue through Microsoft 365 admin center > Health > Service health > Report an issue and open a support ticket through Help & support. A Microsoft support engineer can then collect diagnostic information and investigate the Shifts service behavior further.

You can also report the problem directly from the Teams mobile app by opening your profile picture and selecting Settings > Help & feedback > Send feedback > Report a problem.

Please update me with the device details, the number of affected users, and the results after reinstalling Teams and testing on another device. This information will help determine the most appropriate next step.

    Kind regards,
