    Hello Gabrijela Vratarić,

I understand that you cannot sign in to your Microsoft 365 Personal account because SMS verification fails with error 399287.

Please avoid repeatedly requesting new codes, as excessive attempts may temporarily block verification. On the sign-in page, select Sign in another way or Other verification options and use another registered method, if available.

If SMS is the only option, use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper to check the account and view the available recovery or support options:

Use the Microsoft account Sign-in Helper

You can also review Microsoft’s official guidance here:

    Troubleshoot Microsoft verification code issues

Please note that community moderators and Microsoft Support cannot manually send a verification code or bypass the account’s security verification. If the Sign-in Helper cannot resolve the issue, select the available option to contact Microsoft Support. Here is how you can contact them:

    5. You can select " Chat with a support agent in your web browser " to access the chat window.

I hope you can get the support you need, have a nice day.
