RDWeb URL doesn't work with DirectAccess from external

Hey Everyone, We have a client who is updating there computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. For some reason the Windows 10 computers with DirectAccess cannot connect to the RDWeb URL from outside but it works perfectly inside. The Windows 7 computers with DirectAccess work from internal and external.
Anyone have any suggestion on what to look at.
